Good Morning sabai-jana lai!

This weeks Kalam Kapi is morning routines! The first thing that pops in my mind when I wake up is "ma aba khai khanchu (what will I eat now)?" The morning is the time of the day where you just wake up and peacefully reflect upon yourself!

What do you do in the mornings? Are the type of person that brushes their teeth first thing in the morning or after you eat breakfast? Let us know by sending your Kalam Kapi at:

The Lesson:

Your Task:

  1. Write down your routines in Nepali

  2. Read the routines in the pdf

  3. Send it to us Instagram if you would like feedback

  4. Let us know if you also would like your Kalam Kapi to be posted!

If you are have difficulty reading these routines, know that you are not alone. Nepali takes time to learn, and eventually, with practice, consistency and determination, you will be able to read it! If you are have difficulty, "Kalam Kapi" might be a tad bit too advanced for you at the current moment, so head on to our "Lessons," and go over the alphabet, and words until you can build up your experience with the Nepali Alphabet!

Together, we can all build up our Nepali Skills!
